Refund and cancellation policy
This policy explains how cancellations, renewals and refunds work for the paid plans of ERPSoft, a unit of Deeva Payon Global Private Limited ("we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of use. Prices on the Service include GST. Payments are collected through our payment partner, Cashfree.
1. Free trial
- Every new business may start a free trial of a plan (currently 7 days) by choosing the plan inside the Service. Nothing is charged, no payment details are asked for, and nothing needs to be cancelled: if you do nothing, the trial simply ends and no money is collected.
- The free trial is given once per business.
2. First month for a token amount
- After the trial you may continue by paying a token amount (currently Rs 1) for the rest of the first month and approving autopay for your plan. The token amount is not refundable.
- This offer is given once per business. A business that returns after its first month pays the plan price when it starts again.
3. Renewals and autopay
- Once autopay is approved, the full price of your plan is collected automatically at the start of every billing cycle: every month, three months, six months or year, by the plan you chose. The amount, the next collection date and your plan are always shown under Plan and billing inside the Service.
- Your bank or UPI app may also notify you before each collection, as required by the Reserve Bank of India's rules on recurring payments.
- If a collection fails, we try again as Cashfree allows and give you a few days' grace. Your data is never deleted because of a failed payment; new work is paused until a payment is made.
4. How to cancel
- Cancel autopay at any time under Plan and billing inside the Service (the Owner of the business can do this), or by writing to support@erpsoft.cloud from the email address registered on the account.
- Cancellation stops future collections. The Service stays fully open until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is charged after that.
- To stop a collection, cancel before the next collection date shown under Plan and billing. A collection that has already been made is subject to section 5.
- You can also cancel the autopay mandate from your UPI app or bank. Doing so has the same effect; we recommend cancelling inside the Service as well so that your plan record stays in order.
5. Refunds
What is refundable
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: if you are charged twice for the same cycle, or charged after a cancellation that was made before the collection date, the extra charge is refunded in full.
- Quarterly, Half-yearly and Yearly plans, cooling-off: if you cancel within 7 days of a collection for one of these plans, we refund that collection less the Monthly plan price for the month that has begun. After 7 days the collection is not refundable, and the Service stays open until the end of the paid period.
- Service unavailable: if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for a reason within our control, we extend your paid period by the number of days lost (a service credit). You may ask for a pro-rata cash refund instead by writing to us within 30 days of the outage.
- We stop offering the Service: any unused, prepaid part of your plan is refunded in full.
What is not refundable
- The token amount for the first month.
- The Monthly plan, once its cycle has begun.
- Any collection where the account was suspended or closed for a breach of the Terms of use.
- Charges arising from your own bank, card or UPI app (for example a failed-payment fee), which are outside our control.
- A collection you did not cancel in time where you continued to have access to the Service.
Partial, unused days in a cycle are not refunded except as set out above, because the Service stays open for the whole paid period.
6. How to ask for a refund
- Write to support@erpsoft.cloud from the email address registered on the account, with your business name, your User ID (it starts with USR-), the date and amount of the collection and the reason.
- We acknowledge the request within 2 working days and decide it within 7 working days. We may ask Cashfree for the payment record to confirm the details.
- An approved refund is sent through Cashfree to the payment method that was charged. It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank. GST on the refunded amount is adjusted as the law requires.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only; we cannot pay a refund to a different account.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us, your account may be paused until the dispute is settled. Please write to us first: most issues are resolved faster that way.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version shown at the top changes with every update, and changes apply to collections made after the update. The policy in force at the time of a collection applies to that collection.
